extremely clean, very friendly, especially Mark and Bell. Very helpful with local train travel plans too. Very quiet. excellent location for local trains to Sheerness and Chatham. Access to Fort Amhurst, Chatham Lines and Royal Engineers museum from Chatham. Possibly to Historic Dockyard too. Excellent location for the boat X-Pilot to Redsands AA Gun Battery etc... There's plenty of historic sites in the area and its well served by rail (although only every hour). Good free parking adjacent and in the local area.

Lovely location and a very clean beautiful b&b which is more like a small hotel. I stayed in a garden room which I would highly recommend. The staff were great and very accommodating. The breakfast was very good and the food in Jacey's bistro was very tasty and well priced. I had a lovely 3 night stay and would return if I were to be working in the area again

this hotel has everything, rooms have an exceptional professional finish giving comfort and relaxing mode. Bar/restaurant has a friendly ambience , breakfast-great choice, the jewel in the crown is the beer garden , would be perfect in summer. Absolutely beautiful. The staff are very accommodating, nothing too much trouble. When down here again, will certainly stay here. Well done and the owner and staff should be very proud of their achievements.

Breakfast in Queen Phillippa

Hubby and I have stayed here 4 or 5 times now as we visit family. We had a room with disabled facilities, and it was perfect for our needs. Accommodation was clean, neat and tidy, and the bed was comfy and cosy and warm as toast. Wet room was just the ticket and everything was fab 👌

We received a very warm welcome from Donna and enjoyed a delicious dinner in Jacey’s bistro. Our room while a bit on the small side was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfortable and the bed linens were really nice quality. There was a little hiccup at breakfast as the chef didn’t turn up. Donna called in reinforcements and after a short delay we enjoyed a lovely breakfast. Donna couldn’t apologise enough but everything was fine in the end.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was very good (garden room) was very humid during our stay so room was humid too but the fan was very useful. The outside seating area was very nice. We had a Sunday lunch which was amazing, and the breakfast was very good too. All in all it was a great stay. Only problem was there was a wedding in the community hall opposite so all parking was gone. The manger allowed us to park in the centre of the hotel car park until things cleared which was appreciated.

The Queen Phillippa is a little gem in the centre of Queensborough. Interesting local area in walking distance. Arriving late, we still managed dinner which was excellent as was breakfast the next morning. Staff were very accommodating & informative.

Booked hotel and was advised there was a party, so suggestion I move to their boat. It was a small sea-going cruising boat, which was moored alongside pub. Brilliant - captain of my own boat!!!! Food and drink on land and private shower room were outstanding.
